Spotify is the rapidly growing music place that seems to be changing the way online music is consumed. With an audience growing at 40,000 new users joining every day (an estimated 50 to 60% from the UK) Spotify has rapidly become the hot ticket for online music.
In an effort to beef up the paid for service, Spotify are planning to launch an unlimited download service for £9.99. Whether this can be done, and how they can afford to do it would need to be clarified.
I became a premium subscriber because the number of ads was increasing and I wanted to pay the small price for so many hours of listening pleasure. Lets hope this takes off soon ….

Hi Jamie,
I agree, it’s a great service, well worth the money! I’ve found ‘Airfoil’ a nice addition to Spotify – it lets you stream the content independently all over the house if you have the necessary hardware (Apple TV, AirTunes, etc).
