New Adventures in Photosynth

My new favourite iPhone app is Photosynth from Microsoft. The app works to create a 360 degree picture by stitching together multiple images that you take. Unlike previous image stitching apps, this works dynamically to build the picture as you take pictures, so you can see which bits need to be snapped to build the picture.

At the moment, the results aren’t perfect but this may be my rush to get the photos taken. However, for a free app the results are brilliant! I have taken a number of shots now, from a wood to inside the O2, by the river Thames and inside the Royal Albert Hall.

This app replaces HDR Pro as my favorite camera app but I still have to try slow shutter and some tilt shift apps. Are there any others I should be playing with?

Do let me know what you think of my pictures :-)
